2019 FACT SHEET
CiTiRAMA® is the registered trade name for the single-site new home showcase produced by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. The 2019 show will mark the 15th year for CiTiRAMA®. The show regularly attracts thousands of enthusiastic Cincinnatians. CiTiRAMA® 2019 will feature a variety of architectural styles. The show homes will range in price from $300,000 and up.
Developed by Meierjohan Building Group, Springrose is a development in the City of Springdale in the Princeton City School District. The plan is designed for 50 single family homes and is located at West Kemper Road & Rose Lane in Hamilton County.
Springrose will have lots with four different widths: 40’ rear load, 48’ rear load, 50’ front load, and 60’ front/side load. All lots shall front on public streets. A few lots will have private alley access on the rear property lines. There will be a 15 year 100% tax abatement for the improvements (typically the home itself) on these lots. The abatement will begin once the homeowner completes and submits the appropriate application with the City of Springdale tax department. The abatement is automatic and granted upon application. Springdale is the ideal setting for new families starting out and seniors looking for a safe and secure living environment. Springdale has easy access to excellent school systems K-12, post-secondary institutions, employment opportunities and recreational offerings. Springdale boasts an 72,000 sq. ft. Community Center that includes a fitness center, indoor walking track, gymnasiums, game rooms, exercise studio, senior lounge and computer lab. It also includes year-round youth sports opportunities and a very active senior and adult program that includes special events and luncheons. Springdale offers a variety of housing opportunities from single family homes to apartment and condominium living. They have excellent local health services with access to nearby Mercy Fairfield Hospital with over 700 affiliated physicians. Community events such as the Farmers’ Market are centered around Springdale Town Center and retail shopping opportunities abound in the Springdale Tri-County Retail District with over 4 million square feet of stores. Springdale’s certified award-winning City departments provide the best services in police, fire and EMS protection, recreational opportunities and health services. Springdale is a great place to live, work, learn and play.
The public infrastructure for the development will be financed through public bonds issued through the Port Authority of Greater Cincinnati. The bonds will have a 15-year payback period and are bound to the individual lots. The annual assessment is currently estimated to be $6,000 per lot.
